Data processed
When the form is activated and you submit a project file, CityPro may process your name, contact details, project address or location, property type, project situation, planned works, timing, indicative budget, access information, decision maker and any information you provide voluntarily.
If you choose to attach files, CityPro may also receive the photos, drawings or documents you submit. The form may record campaign parameters present in the URL (such as UTM), the landing page and the referring website in order to identify the commercial source of the request.
Purposes and legal basis
These data will be used to analyse your request, check whether the project fits CityPro's services, contact you and prepare the pre-contractual steps you request. The main legal basis is taking pre-contractual measures at your request. Legitimate interests may also apply to security, spam prevention, internal organisation and measuring the commercial source of requests.
Files submitted
Only send files that are necessary for analysing the project and avoid sensitive data or personal information that is not relevant to the works. Attached files will form part of the submitted project file and can be accessed by the people and service providers who need them to process the request.
Recipients and hosting
The website and its forms are hosted and processed through Netlify infrastructure. When a project file is submitted, the data and files provided may be processed by Netlify as a technical service provider in order to receive the form submission. CityPro then uses this information to process the request. CityPro does not sell data submitted through its forms.
Retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to process the request and follow up the project file. If a contractual relationship is concluded, relevant documents may be retained for the periods required by applicable contractual, accounting or legal obligations. Files that are no longer relevant should be deleted or archived according to applicable internal rules.
Your rights
Under the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability when those rights apply. Contact: info@citypro.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Trackers and external links
The website does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics tools in this production version. UTM parameters and the referring website can only be stored when a user submits the form. External links, including OneColor, are subject to the policies of those websites.
